Mentoring and gamification process: Education and vocational training are essential for the economic and social development of any country. However, in many cases, career choice continues to be conditioned by gender and social stereotypes, resulting in a lack of diversity in some fields of study, such as STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) 

This project seeks to address this problem through gamification, mentoring and collaboration between educational centers and companies to improve professional guidance. By improving diversity in STEAM professional families, it is expected to foster innovation, promote equal opportunity, and contribute to the economic and social development of the community.

  • Objectives

- Promote scientific and technological vocations in the female population towards STEAM professional families.

- Raise awareness about the stereotypes associated with vocational training cycles, through gamification systems.

- Mentor, develop and recognize the talent of vocational training students in STEAM professional families.

- Improve coordinated professional guidance between educational centers and companies.

- Know and promote the work of small local organizations that, without extensive experience in the Erasmus+ program, can greatly benefit from the project, and at the same time contribute their knowledge and experience in gamification and mentoring to promote equal opportunities in the field of education and vocational training.
