Advancing Vocational Education trought Future Class Labs (FCL) implementation
This project proposes to exploit the pedagogical possibilities of Developing Tools to integrate Future Classroom Labs in VET schools as learning spaces, HyFlex teaching modality more flexible in combination with technologies, to improve teaching and learning processes through active methodologies. FCL will find six areas: Investigate, Explore, Interact, Develop, Create, and Present, whose purpose is to favor and stimulate the teaching and learning processes, making the student the protagonist of the whole process. Integrate AI enabled apps and Large Language Models (like CHATGPT) for personal learning.

  • Objectives

Implement HyFlex learning to allow students to choose between in-person, online, or hybrid participation, enhancing adaptability and engagement.
- Use AI-enabled apps and Large Language Models like ChatGPT for personalized, intelligent learning experiences and automated data analysis
- Incorporate AI, VR, AR, and 3D printing in vocational education for interactive and immersive learning, improving skills and knowledge retention.
- Promote practical skills through hands-on activities, project-based learning, and industry-aligned curricula to boost employability.
- Apply universal design principles and tailored support to ensure accessibility for learners with diverse needs, including autism and Asperger's syndrome.
- Facilitate credit recognition and mobility across European VET institutions via the ECVET certificate framework introduced by Cupkovec University.
- Encourage collaboration and innovation among students, educators, and industry partners to drive adaptation to emerging technologies and trends.
- Disseminate best practices and project outcomes to the VET community across Europe, ensuring sustainability and long-term impact.
